First, I became a mother. And I had no idea that this was the beginning of my journey into mediation.
Professionally, I am fully accomplished — having worked as both chief accountant and deputy director. I encountered mediation during the time my children were growing up. The path to mediation became a journey to myself and to building harmonious relationship with my adult daughters.
